WHY: A rebrand pitch that outlines the unique qualities of Smiley’s Mini Golf and pushes the fun/quality time that comes with mini golf.
Voted one of the best mini golf courses in Kansas, Smiley’s Mini Golf has been a go to place for families, couples, and those seeking a fun time. Located in Lenexa, KS, Smiley’s Mini Golf is known for it’s beginner friendly course and its two challenge mini golf courses: Mini Haunt and Smiley’s Famous Golf. WHY: A rebrand pitch designed to create a more inviting and playful revamp for an already established business based in Lawrence, KS.
Based in Lawrence, KS, Sunflower Outdoor & Bike Shop is a locally owned shop located on Massachusetts Street in Downtown Lawrence. Founded back in 1972, this shop has been around for over 50 years and has been voted Lawrence’s best bike shop for the last ten years. This was a personal project meant to develop a friendly and inviting redesign for an already well renowned shop.
WHY: To develop a logo for the world’s first compostable pickleball developed by Pro Pickle Partners using wheat straw and rice husk.
Playing on the idea of compostability, I wanted to capture the sustainability of the ball and have it show throughout the logo. Thus I implemented recyclicing and plant iconography to convey the importance and compostability this newly innovated ball.
WHY: Designed for children and pickleball players of all ages, the Sea Creature Pickleball Pack was developed to encourage younger players to delve into the world of pickleball with unique and stylized illustrations.
This sea themed kids pickleback consists of 3 unique paddles and balls. Each creature having a paired ball and racket to be used simultaneously or to be mixed and matched! Original Illustrations and 3D renderings were produced by myself and distributed through Pro Pickle Partners.
WHY: A project that was meant to push the boundaries of different creative processes. Photography, Risograph, Collage, Graphic Design.
A series of portraits that were digitally altered, collaged, and then printed through a risograph to give it distinct vibrant and fluorescent colors. Pushing the personalities, qualities, and professions through each personalized image.
